Outfit Post: Casual day at home

This is me last week. Sometimes my 'casual' consists of a My Little Pony T-shirt and skinny jeans (like today), and sometimes, well, this:

My boyfriend buys me boots <3
Shirt: H&M via charity shop, £4
Skirt: Primark via charity shop, £3.30
Tights: Peacocks, £2
Corset: birthday gift from Jodie
Armwarmers: Zen and Coffee, gift from Nan
Necklace: Coven of Witches, about £10
Boots: Peacocks, gift from Dan

That outfit is perfect! I will definitely use it as inspiration. I don't even look goth when I'm dressed casually... Well, I've been getting into this thing called Nautical Goth , but I have no idea where to start. I was wondering if you could please do an article on this (or if you already have, post a link to it?) so I could get ideas and the like? I would really appreciate it.

Oh how I loved this outfit!! This style fits you so! Is it a preparation for Filthy victorians?

I love your outfit. The gloves are beautiful. I'm not full on Gothic, I would like to be though. :-)

In my world, "casual" means black jeans + an enormous black jumper. Nice to see someone who tries a bit harder, even when staying at home :)

Gorgeous! Very Tudor/Renaissance, what with the patterned corset, high neckline, long skirt and ***ruffs***. Reminds me of Emilie Autumn in her pre-Enchant, Renaissance violinist days :)

I love it!! And that is casual? Lucky, I'm only allowed to dress like that at Whitby :)

I meant as in You're lucky lol.

Ah, only a goth would consider a corset as casual, lounging around the house wear, lol!

That's my kind of "casual day." :) And it's perfect for Filthy Victorians!
